Adult Life Group Program

Our Adult Life Group program is designed for adults who want to build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. This program focuses on strengthening social interactions, enhancing practical abilities, and encouraging personal growth—key components of living a more independent and fulfilling life.

Participants learn and practice real-world skills through:

  • Hands-on projects that promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving

  • Exercise and wellness activities to support healthy routines

  • Cooking lessons that build kitchen skills, nutrition awareness, and independence

  • Community outings where participants practice social skills and navigating public spaces

  • Educational tours that broaden understanding of local resources and opportunities

  • Volunteer service that fosters responsibility, compassion, and community involvement

The Life Group is more than a program—it’s a place to connect, grow, and develop essential skills in a safe, encouraging community.
