Adult Social Inclusion Program
Adult Life Group Program
Our Adult Life Group program is designed for adults who want to build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. This program focuses on strengthening social interactions, enhancing practical abilities, and encouraging personal growth—key components of living a more independent and fulfilling life.
Participants learn and practice real-world skills through:
Hands-on projects that promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving
Exercise and wellness activities to support healthy routines
Cooking lessons that build kitchen skills, nutrition awareness, and independence
Community outings where participants practice social skills and navigating public spaces
Educational tours that broaden understanding of local resources and opportunities
Volunteer service that fosters responsibility, compassion, and community involvement
The Life Group is more than a program—it’s a place to connect, grow, and develop essential skills in a safe, encouraging community.
